Hi! everyone today our teacher Mr. Wikaira gave us a word problem and I used f for unknown . You can see my working out below 👇👇

    Question : 

    My working out :

   1 Plank = 1500 mm x 200 mm   f = number of planks needed to build fence

   f = 8000 mm long fence 

   200(width of 1 plank) f = 8000 

   f = 8000 / 200

   f = 40 

   

  So,  Mr. Wikaira will need 40 planks to build his fence.

Today I learnt about Algebra .

I learnt that Algebra uses same four main operations ( +  -  x)

of Arithmetic. Algebra is when we don't  know what a number is yet , we use a symbol 

in it's place. Symbol is usually any  letter of the Alphabet 

Example of Algebraic equation : 1+2 = X

where X is an unknown number.

Fale Challenge

 Hello bloggers,  My class and I had a Fale challenge. Our class had to come to a google meet and share 10 things that were the same colour as our Fale. The colour of my Fale is blue so I brought ten items that were the colour blue  I hope you guys like it :)

Summer

 Hi everyone welcome to my blog today I'm going to show you  my summer haiku. If you don't know what a haiku is. It is a Japanese poem with 3 lines the first one has 5 syllables then next has 7 and the next has 5 syllables. And I also did a Autumn and a Winter haiku. Shape Concrete Poem

                                              Hi bloggers! in lock down I have learned  how to do a  Shape                                          Concrete   poem  I really enjoyed doing it .I have learned 

                                     that a shape concrete poem is a shape and writing inside or                                             outside  of the shape.To make a shape concrete poem  first you                                         have to chose a topic what you  are going to write as a poem .  

                                               For example I chose a topic tree so I write rhyming words
